REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting Kack Industries LLC. All products are created with care and attention to detail.

Because our items are custom, made-to-order, or immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final.

1. Prints (Physical Products)

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the following situations:

  • Your print arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item

If you experience one of the above issues, please email cd@caroline-dooley.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund, at our discretion.

2. Digital Downloads

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products, no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits are available once the file has been delivered.

If you experience issues accessing your download, please contact us at cd@caroline-dooley.com.

3. Lost or Deleted Digital Files

We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or destroyed digital files after delivery. Please backup your files promptly.

4. Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
