Unless otherwise stated in a separate license:

• You may not copy, reproduce, screenshot, scan, distribute, upload, or create derivative works from our Content.
• Purchasing a digital download or print grants you a personal-use license only, not ownership of the copyright.
• Commercial use, resale, or editing of any Content is strictly prohibited without written permission.

3. Purchases & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because photography prints and digital downloads are custom, made-to-order, or immediately accessible, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases of:

• Damaged prints upon delivery
• Incorrect file delivery

Issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

4. Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are delivered electronically after purchase. Please save your files promptly; we are not responsible for lost or deleted downloads after delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Website downtime
• Third-party payment processor issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is discontinuing use of the Site.
